Hello,
Today being the 1st day of February I wanted to let you all know that it is now
hopefully only four months to go until I find out who Zoey really is.... I cannot
believe that two months have passed, actually flew by and I still have not done a
thing on my things to do list. Well that is not true, I have painted my little
dresser and ordered some mosaic tiles (I wanted to try mosaicing something before
the baby) and I did find a coffee table finally. These are my priorities, is this
scary or what. I do hope that I am going to be a good mother and know what to feed
her three times - that is three times a day. I have yet to do anything when it comes to the
baby. I am immobilized, which is not like me at all. It would be nice if I could
finish reading those baby books not just one page here and one page there or find
a pediatrician who also specializes in adoption. I did finish my hepatitis shots. I
could go and on. Someone told me -- which I thought was appropriate -- that when you
are pregnant the baby moves around in your stomach; when you adopt the baby moves
around in your head and believe me she is kicking up a storm. Anyway, it suddenly
seems all the more real and all the more frightening and all the more exciting. Just
four months to go.
